The Opportunity
We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant who takes immense pride in being our client's first point of contact, guiding them in achieving their financial goals as part of the Bentron family.
If you are a positive, well-organized problem solver who truly enjoys helping others, you may be our ideal Administrative Assistant candidate. In addition, we are looking for someone who can work independently, is fluent with different technology, is innovative and industrious, and is reliable throughout their responsibilities.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, managing multiple lines, and retrieving messages
- Managing confidential client account paperwork
- Managing client requests for money movement
- Scanning and organizing client files
- Documenting all correspondence
- Administering general office duties, including sorting mail and supply orders
- Scheduling client appointments
- Supporting ongoing efforts for growth with new clients and continuous interaction with current clientele to provide an excellent client experience
Traits and skills include, but are not limited to:
- Technology savvy, able to navigate numerous software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. We currently use Redtail CRM and NetX360.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Tremendous ability to follow through on outstanding projects
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
- A strong desire for continuous learning
Required experience includes, but is not limited to:
- 2+ years of Financial Services experience
- 2+ years of office administration
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years with Client Relationship Management (CRM) programs, preferred
- At least three references

**Note there will be a 90-day probationary period with a performance review
***This position requires the Administrative Assistant to be on-site at our Downers Grove, Illinois office. There will be occasions when administrative support is needed in the Oak Park, IL, office location.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
