Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the North Bay Business Journal, is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial Banking, at our corporate office in Novato.
The Executive Administrative Assistant is to perform diverse secretarial and administrative duties involving high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive and confidential information, necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. The duties and administrative functions will require confidentiality, initiative, sound decision-making, independent judgment and the ability to escalate serious or unique problems to higher levels. The individual will report directly to the Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial Banking. The duties and administrative functions will require communication with executive, administrative, and management personnel to gather or convey information, initiate special reports and perform all regular secretarial, administrative, and clerical duties.
The successful candidate will possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility to the organization. This individual will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. The position requires the individual to work from 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday, however will need to have flexibility to work outside of the normal schedule during special projects.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related work experience in addition to experience below.
- Strong work tenure: seven plus years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a banking or financial organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat. Strong Excel experience is preferred.
The hiring pay range for this position is $77,697.00 to $114,500.00. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
