Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Rep

An environmental non-profit is seeking an Administrative Assistant - CSR that supports the Program Coordinator. The candidate will provide excellent Customer Service and ensure that administrative tasks are efficiently completed. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and good clerical/Customer Services skills.
Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and provides administrative support to the Program Coordinator
• Contact childcare centers to obtain water samples - outbound calls
• Provide Customer Service to internal and external customers
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments
• Take inbound calls as necessary
• Manage the lead sampling email box.
• Assist in meeting program goals
• Create, ship, receive, and inform appropriate staff of shipment
• Assist in preparing quarterly reports
• Assist in tracking expenses, invoicing, shipments
• Monitor and process Sample Summary Packages as needed

• High School Diploma
• Minimum one years' experience in Customer Service and clerical
• Good typing and computer skills, with a proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good written and verbal communication skills; must have a pleasant phone voice and ability to speak clearly.
