Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendars for multiple business affairs executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally for multiple business affairs executives
- Communicate regularly with multiple cross-functional teams
- Team planning events (e.g. offsites and internal team activities)
Requirements:
- 2+ years as an executive or Administrative Assistant in business and Legal Affairs at a talent agency, studio or law firm
- Ability to support multiple executives in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate with multiple external partners while maintaining discretion
- Willingness to be a selfless team player
- Ability to maintain calm in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Workplace apps, Microsoft Office, Airtable and Docusign
- Embodies the values in the Netflix Culture
