Position Overview:
Netflix seeks a self-motivated, intellectually curious and driven assistant to support business and Legal Affairs executives in Netflix’s Independent Film division. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, demonstrate the ability to multitask and welcome the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. The candidate will be supporting a growing team and must be able to communicate well, collaborate and have the ability to prioritize multiple high-level tasks. The successful candidate will also exhibit good judgment, have a strong attention to detail, and be a quick-thinker.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendars for multiple business affairs executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally for multiple business affairs executives
- Communicate regularly with multiple cross-functional teams
- Team planning events (e.g. offsites and internal team activities)
Requirements:
- 2+ years as an executive or Administrative Assistant in business and Legal Affairs at a talent agency, studio or law firm
- Ability to support multiple executives in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate with multiple external partners while maintaining discretion
- Willingness to be a selfless team player
- Ability to maintain calm in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Workplace apps, Microsoft Office, Airtable and Docusign
- Embodies the values in the Netflix Culture

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $55,000 - $240,000.
