Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, retail store and warehouse. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control for products and supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Schedule management for upper management
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe software knowledge
- English/Japanese speaking preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
