Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, maintain files, correspond with vendors/customers
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
