Job Description
A local construction company is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team to assist with providing estimates and quotes for local customers.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hourly
Location: Hudson, NH
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
Temp to Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Review plans to locate precast products to quote
- Review and maintain bid clanedars
- Collaborate with teams to process estimates in timely manner
- Prepare proposals for distribution
- Review RFQ's for jobs bidding and setup requests
- Perform high-level of data-entry with minimal errors
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with an office environment (construction preferred)
- Strong customer service with exceptional communication
- Ability to work within a team and have good time management and prioritization abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or relatable CRM)
