Administrative Assistant

At Wise, we serve children in family-style residential care homes. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Director. The ideal candidate is organized and skilled in customer service.

Duties will include managing calenders and appointments, organizing/tracking new hire and annual employment requirements, data entry and inventory management; other duties as assigned. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Experience in a healthcare office or human services is a plus.

Background checks, ability to pass a physical and company training is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
