Carolina Pelvic Health Center, Inc. is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to work with our dynamic team of therapists and admin staff in our patient-centered physical therapy practice! The current position is part-time with a regular schedule of 24 hours/ week. Duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, electronic filing of faxes, referrals, and clinic documents, creating invoices and receipts as well as laundry, room, and general cleaning tasks in the clinic. Part-time benefits include paid time off, partial holiday pay, sick leave and medical appointment days, and one personal day.
The ideal candidate has medical office experience and is highly organized, has excellent phone skills, and attention to detail. Strong computer skills and confidence in the use of cloud-based software programs are a must!
Due to the sensitive nature of the conditions we treat, excellent interpersonal skills and compassion are essential job requirements. Experience in a medical practice is preferred but not required.
