Fast-paced firm is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator. Our company provides independent construction cost consulting services to the architecture and engineering community, as well as private and government entities. This position will assist with formatting cost estimates in MS Excel, preparing marketing information, and providing general administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
· Cost estimate data entry in Excel
· Formatting and proofreading estimates accurately
· Answering phones and responding to emails
· Typing general correspondence in Word and Excel
· Scanning and filing documents
· Responding to marketing requests and preparing information according to client needs (in-office training is provided)
· Organization of internal databases using Excel and Access
· Other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and experience using the program is required - Accurate data entry, formula calculations, verifying correct formulas are being used during quality control review, linking cells within a workbook, cell formatting, showing/hiding tabs and columns
· Minimum of five years of Administrative Assistant/office experience
· Experience using MS Word, Outlook, and Adobe Pro
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Typing speed of 45+ WPM
· Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task
· Prioritize workload to meet multiple deadlines
· Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
This is a full-time position working in our office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Starting salary range is $23.46 to $25.50 per hour DOE. Benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and a health insurance stipend.
