Comfort Keepers is one of the most successful and respected national networks offering non-medical in-home care services. Our local office is looking for a great team member to help us with administrative support.
Essential Functions:
- General administrative support
- Match staff attributes with client needs to assist in developing schedules for client care
- Assist with recruiting, hiring and onboarding activities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Speak with prospective clients about available services
- Answer questions or concerns of current and prospective clients
- Process data necessary to initiate accurate payroll and billing processes.
- Fill in as a caregiver if we are unable to staff
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Administrative experience required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
- PCA/Caregiver experience a plus.
- Must work well on a team and be willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.
- Must be willing to be accountable to achieve results related to job responsibilities
Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.50-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
