Administrative Assistant 2 yrs. Exp. Req. (quickbooks)
North Carson City Import/Export company seeking a long-term Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of solid experience in general office and invoicing in QuickBooks. Our company has been recognized multiple times with the most recent being Exporter of the Year. We have a very tight-knit group and are looking for someone to fit in seamlessly to our office family.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail
- Be able to work in fast-paced conditions
- Experience in general office atmosphere
- Sales/Procurement experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to problem-solve with little guidance
- Thrive in a multitasking, expeditious environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare communications within the office and outside groups
- Accurately process customer orders through Quick Books
- Reach out to various companies for Procurements
- Show team approach with open and honest communication supporting colleagues
- Perform other duties or special projects when assigned
