Administrative Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up
- Provide support in event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional customer service skills
