One prestigious company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO and HR to help them stay organized and complete tasks in a timely manner. The Administrative assistant will complete a range of clerical duties, including managing calendars, preparing invoices, and assisting and organizing meetings. The assistant will also be responsible for engaging in event planning and meeting setup and implementation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist and organize meetings
- Maintain Calendars
- Write and Edit documents for letters and reports
- Create and Maintain filling systems
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Prepare communication such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and correspondence
