The Arlington Street, United Methodist Church of Nashua New Hampshire is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to manage the church office. This part-time hybrid position offers flexible hours. Requirements include the ability to work independently, manage time, efficiently, follow instructions, and work with people, responding professionally to in person interactions, phone calls, and e-mails. an understanding of church culture and structure is preferred.
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Experience with Publisher, Gmail and social media platforms is required.
- applicable knowledge for website updating is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
