Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our office by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Your role will involve mainly answering phones and directing calls to the right department as well as some other clerical tasks.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
