Administrative Assistant (Full-time), Carlsbad
Must be located in North County. We are a highly reputed executive office center in Carlsbad's prestigious business district.
- Applicant must know: how to create invoices, reconcile bank statements, AP/AR functions on Quickbooks.
- We are looking for a problem solver who is tech savvy and able to communicate well in writing or verbally.
- Can do attitude, hardworking, dependable and highly organized. Excellent internet skills required. Capability to learn fast. Professional attitude, positive demeanor and organized appearance. Outgoing personality, self-motivated, has a good presentation style.
REQUIREMENTS:
AA degree in English, Accounting, Marketing, Psychology or other majors preferred. Recent graduates or current students are also welcome to apply. Solid ability to think critically and prioritize tasks is a must.
Excellent verbal/writing skills, customer service and telephone etiquette.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
Technology savvy in computers and internet to assist clients.
QuickBooks knowledge in creating invoices, paying bills is required.
Must be organized, able to prioritize, schedule, complete tasks with overlapping schedules.
Hours: Hours of operation( M -F 8:00 A.M. -- 5:00 P.M)
Salary: $20-$22 depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
