Overview:
We are seeking a freelance Administrative Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented. They will also have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business owner and field technicians
- Utilize product billing software to help generate invoices and track payments
- Assist the accounting team with Quickbooks Online tasks as needed
-Pull monthly reports from billing software as needed
- Coordinate and assist with project management tasks, such as tracking project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and client data
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
-Keep track of paid software/website subscriptions and services
-Source technical support from software/websites as needed for subscribed services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM and billing software
- Experience with Quickbooks
