As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a central role in administrative support for our team.

Schedule & Location:
This position offers flexible hours, between 25-40 hours per week. Our office is open Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm. An ideal candidate will work on site at our Clackamas location most or all hours that we're open.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer & screen phone calls and manage the phone system
- Schedule meetings and calls & coordinate office calendars
- Support and coordinate marketing activities: primarily social media, speaking engagements & client events
- Update & organize client records, electronic files, & CRM
- Process all incoming mail, client paperwork, and deposit client checks
- Welcome clients & in-person visitors with the highest standard of professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain a presentable office environment for clients and co-workers with good organization and cleanliness of kitchen and general office spaces
- Troubleshoot phone, internet, and printer issues to ensure a well-functioning office environment
- Keep inventory of office supplies & order supplies as needed
- Assist with client-service tasks & operational projects
- Generate, prepare, and send reports and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience working in a professional office environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
Compensation:
$25-$30/hour, depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
