Share For Life Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth and families in NYC, is looking for an Executive Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our executive team's day-to-day operations.
Job Description:
As an Executive Administrator, you will be responsible for handling the daily administrative tasks for our executive team. This includes outreach, creating statistical reports, overseeing the daily activities within the executive office area, and developing meeting agendas for executive briefings.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the Executive Team and internal/external clients.
- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence to the appropriate team member.
- Take dictation, write minutes, and accurately enter data.
- Develop and coordinate internal and external outreach.
- Create and manage statistical reports for the Executive Team.
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities for the Executive Team.
- Provide heavy administrative support which includes proposal writing, researching, digital filing, administrative calendar, or as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position.
- Strong experience working with non-profit organizations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
