The administrative position will focus on customer service relations. Candidates must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Must be a quick thinker and able to multi-task. The right candidate must have the ability and confidence to hit the ground running, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Comprehensive verbal and written skills are crucial.
Applicants must have very strong computer skills and possess proficiency in all aspects of MS Office Suite.
Administrative duties include but are not limited to:
Overall general office responsibilities with an emphasis on customer service relations: Answering phones, data entry, filing, scanning, mailings, coordinating projects, etc. Candidate will be required to obtain State of CT Property & Casualty Insurance license with costs covered by Cross. We are willing to train the right individual.
