Auberle Seeks: 412 Youth Zone Administrative Assistant for Transition Age Youth

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for the 412 Youth Zone. This position will help the Youth Zone programs with data entry for intake and compliance, data tracking and analysis, and acting as a backup for the receptionist position. This position will also work on other administrative tasks as assigned to help the staff and departments serve the needs of the youth.
The 412 Youth Zone offers comprehensive, welcoming, and youth-oriented services and space for transition age youth with current or past connections to child welfare or who are experiencing homelessness. The 412 Youth Zone helps youth to feel welcomed, safe, and supported while offering the services and connections to help them face the challenges of adulthood.
Key Objectives of this Role:
- Strong data entry and data analysis skills to be able to identify outliers or missing information in case management and intake notes.
- Ability to receive information from multiple sources, compile the information, and share key findings and concepts with the group in a formatted and easy to digest fashion.
- Ability to act as a backup to the receptionist on an as needed basis providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to encourage youth seeking services at the Youth Zone.
This position requires:
- High School Diploma (or GED) or Certificate in Administrative and office functions
- Must be dedicated to youth and enjoy being around teenagers
- Technology skills including high proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be a quick learner and is required to learn additional skills as necessary
- May need to cover an occasional evening shift
- ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances Pre-Employment.
