Major responsibilities
- Respond to phone inquiries
- Support a variety of projects for other employees
- Receive and direct visitors
- Organize word processors, files, and faxes- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of Organizational capabilities
- Detailed Review experience
- Organizational Effectiveness experience
- Knowledge of Detailed Messages
- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Internet research skills
