Minnesota Teamsters Local 320 is currently accepting applications for the position of

Administrative Assistant 1. The position is a fulltime union benefit earning position represented

by Office Professional Employees International Union Local #12.

Our ideal candidate will be an individual that will enjoy working in a fast-paced team-oriented

environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, efficient and well organized, work

cooperatively with others.

Teamsters Local 320 is an Exclusive Representative of approximately 11,000 Minnesota public

employees that work for cities, counties, State of Minnesota, school districts, universities and

others across the State.

Administrative Assistant 1 employees are responsible for completing assignments assigned by

Business Agents and Officers of the Local Union. Tasks may include but not limited to:

 Accounts Receivable / Posting Union dues on our TITAN Operating System

 Administrative support

 Answering phones

 Mailings

 Back up support to others on the Local Union administrative team

 Drafting correspondence, creating reports, editing reports

 Digital communications

 Record keeping

 Inventory

 Ordering supplies

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office setting, experience with Windows

Office, the ability to construct and type correspondence, and exceptional organizational skills.
