Seeking an extremely organized and Detailed Orientated person for our Birmingham, AL office. Candidate should be able to prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay, benefits, and 401k available. M-F. You will be responsible for receiving timesheets, auditing, interpreting them and being able to enter into software package. Must have the ability to communicate with employees about what they need to provide. Provide Permits when needed to move Equipment. Aid in new hire orientations, training completions & record keeping.
Computer skills, invoicing, auditing, multitasking, experience with INTACCT, Excel, Office, etc. are all qualities that the individual should have.
Pay is based on experience.
