Administrative Assistant

Mint Condition is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support numerous functions in our office located just south of the Ballantyne area. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to management and team members on a daily basis. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be proficient with Microsoft products.

Administrative Assistant daily duties will include:

• Answering phones
• Responding to emails
• Managing calendars
• Ordering supplies
• Updating reports
• Maintaining client records
• Filing

Compensation includes: competitive pay, medical, dental and vision, 401(k) and paid time off.
