Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Reception
- Answer/screen all incoming calls with a pleasant voice and efficiently transfer calls to the proper party.
- Greet all customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Mail / Shipping
- Sort, log, and deliver all incoming mail to the proper party daily.
- Receive all incoming packages and deliver them to the proper party daily.
- Manage all outgoing mail and packages to be ready for pick up by the end of the business day.
Operations Support
- Order, receive, and keep an inventory of standard kitchen and office supplies.
- Enter transaction data for accounting functions.
- Aid with the production of professional reports.
- Organize and file paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This is a position that has the opportunity and invitation to grow into a higher level of responsibility and a full-time position; it interacts with virtually all personnel in the office.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability in Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth experience with Word (styles, templates, and complex documents) and or bookkeeping/accounting data entry experience is highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
