Administrative Assistant

Job description includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Social Media Website and Marketing-inclusive of implementing web design; assist with rebranding and associated Tiger team; social media posts
• Sustainability and Diversion; input on reporting, environmental impact metrics, and updating stats
• Environmental and Waste Management-Ops overview and recommendation on Field processes, strategies, and assisting with compiling written overview; researching technology and domestic recycling mills
• Human Resources and Employee Recruitment (assistance with videos for training, presentations, etc.)
• Capital Management and Accounting
• Philanthropy and Community Outreach-including coordination of projects, Green Fairs and donations
• Data entry as needed; additional administrative request as needed
• Any other request made by executive
