Administrative Assistant
The Purpose:
In an Administrative Assistant role, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with daily office functions and project work.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, answer phones, and respond to property email requests
- Greet prospective and current residents with professionalism and care
- Deliver mail, assist in scheduling inspections and tours
- Manage resident packages/deliveries
Primary Requirements Include:
- Administrative experience in a similar industry preferred
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, multitask and have keen sense of detail
- MS Office Suite proficiency
