All Pointe Care LLC was founded in 2000 by Steve and Nancy LaPointe, veterans in the health care industry. Originally formed as a staffing service for nurses, the company quickly grew to offer a wide range of programs and services for individuals, families, and children with varying levels of disabilities and needs. Their passion is rooted in their own experiences as being parents of a child with special needs and their desire to give families a place to turn for help and support.
As All Pointe Care LLC began to grow, Steve and Nancy noticed that the needs of the clients were growing as well. So they put their previous experience to good use and created All Pointe Homecare LLC in 2011. All Pointe Homecare LLC now has a staff of reliable and experienced RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides who are readily available for short and long-term assignments within the home. Specialty services include serving medically complex children, infants, and adults and providing an extensive array of other in-home services.
Today, All Pointe Care and All Pointe Homecare LLC employs over 500 highly trained mentors, therapists, home health aides, nurses, and other professionals who look for creative and compassionate solutions to complex issues facing families and individuals. Their work helps build lives (and friendships) – and opens doors and minds.
We are currently looking for a part-time, temporary Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the scheduling and clinical departments.
- Perform electronic verification of nursing services. Rectify discrepancies and ensure accuracy each week prior to established deadline.
- Answer questions from employees regarding electronic documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks in relation to staffing and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set priorities, coordinate and organize multiple tasks, and maintain control of workflow.
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient or able to quickly obtain proficiency in Continulink.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Must be available Monday through Friday for approximately 30 hours.
- Must be able to sit for an extended period of time. Minimal standing and walking.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
