Administrative Assistant

We are looking to fill an administrave position in the Appleton. We have part time hours available Monday through Friday from 12p to 5p.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Help assist with daily operations including but not limited to answering phones and email, filing and organizing, writing of documents using excel and word, scheduling jobs and interviews, assisting office personal with tasks needed within the office.

• Have a positive attitude, be detailed orientated, and follow instruction while performing tasks on a timely basis
• Be able to communicate with customers, team members, and management
• Have good customer service skills
• Be a team leader as well as a team player
• Be able to adapt to company needs
• Be able to handle confidential information
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Be proficient in word and excel
• Pass a background check
