Masis Professional Group is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire position.
Job Duties:
Experience with secretarial work, office administration, or related training is a bonus.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and Internet.
Experience with typing, note-taking, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to perform multiple tasks daily.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports and documents.
Entering data, Purchasing & Cross Training with Order Entry and Invoicing.
Copying, scanning, faxing and e-mailing documents.
Answering and directing calls.
Personable with direct contact with customers.
Ability to work with limited supervision and direction (keeping oneself busy).
Requirements:
Meticulous/ Methodical
High school diploma or GED
Detail oriented
Good relationship with people
Good organization skills.
Ability to follow written or verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees and management.
Able to comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Must be flexible and able to prioritize.
