Report To: Advisor
Job Status: Part-Time W-2 with benefits (30 hours/week with potential to flex to 40 hours/week as needed)
Location: Remote in the state of Tennessee

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing excellent service, support, follow-through and administrative tasks with the purpose of delivering an exceptional client experience. The Administrative Assistant specializes in client experience to ensure that Financial Clarity Guides is an efficient and organized office allowing the advisor to focus on building client relationships.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Office Administration:
- Administratively support the Financial Planner in achieving stated company goals and objectives
- Ownership and management of account opening and client servicing for the team
- Manage and complete all other administrative tasks as requested
- Responding to emails & calling clients when necessary
- Assess and improve time efficiencies, processes, and workflows
- Marketing assistance
- Lead team meetings reviewing status of account openings/team projects
- Collaborate with Financial Planner to uncover growth opportunities
- Act as accountability partner
- Maintain a clean and orderly virtual office environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Organized and attentive to detail.
- Self-starter, with a can-do attitude and exceptional work ethic.
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great people skills.
- Good technology and computer skills (MS Office). Able to learn and adapt to new technology.
- Adaptable and willing to grow with the firm.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Administrative Support Experience required.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Insurance License Preferred (Life/Health License), but not required
- Investment License Preferred, but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
