As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our assisted living facility. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the organization.
- Manage the Executive Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
- Support the Executive Director in various administrative tasks and projects.
- Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and managing resident accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial documents.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and exceptional communication skills.
- Facilitate communication between the Executive Director, staff, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident files, financial documents, and other relevant documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective communication across departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
