Resort Management is seeking a full-time in person Administrative Assistant for a Naples, FL property.
Resort Management is one of the largest and fastest growing locally owned and operated Community Association Management firms in Southwest Florida.
Job duties include: interacting with the manager, the accounting office, owners, renters, and vendors; managing all office files; retrieving information as requested from records; answering phones and acting as back up for the front desk receptionist; and communicating with the Board, owners, and vendors. Responsible for opening and closing the front desk Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. There is no flexibility in these working hours.
Applicant must have 3+ years of office experience, be customer service oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have attention to detail, be well organized, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
