Ludwig and Company is a highly respected Property management firm located in Gurnee, Illinois and doing business throughout Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Our firm is seeking an individual to fill the full-time position of Administrative Assistant. Position is not remote and will require individual to be in the office Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with answering office phones, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the individual requested.
- Assist with opening daily mail.
- Match vendor checks to invoices to assure accurate payment and send out payments once reviewed.
- Properly file copies of vendor checks and invoices by apartment complex.
- Assist accounts payable department with processing of invoices.
- Assist corporate management in special projects and other general office duties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to finish work within set deadlines.
- Possess excellent PC skills including strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
Requirements
- 1 year of Customer Service and Sales Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong Filing, Computer and organization skills
