```Duties```
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Maintain bid files and project files both paper and electronic
-Assist estimators and project managers bidding and managing projects
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Experience with construction office is a plus
