Alliance Safety & Fire Protection is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our sales department. This position is an entry level position. Our team is looking for the right candidate who is willing to learn and grow with Alliance.
This position will assist in the following daily duties:
- Assisting with customer relations. This includes emailing customers as well as reaching out to them via phone.
- Assist our sales manager with daily tasks.
- Working in conjunction with the operational staff as well as corresponding departments.
- General administrative duties such as reporting, file and record maintenance.
- Basic general knowledge of website applications
- General excel knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
