Budget Car and Truck Rental of Wichita is seeking an experienced administrative and clerical assistant. This position will base out of the airport and is a full-time position. Hours will be 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This position includes benefits: PTO, holiday pay, health, dental, vision, and 401K matching

- Account receivables

- Collections

- Customer service (Phones and West counter)

- Long Term Rentals renewals

- Filing

- Vehicle Licensing and Registrations

- In-fleeting

Requirements

At least 1 year of administrative/clerical experience

Experiences with collections and accounts receivable is also a plus

Good customer service skills

A positive and optimistic attitude

18+

Good driving record in last 3 years

ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
