Job Description
The Company’s Care team is currently looking for a bright, dedicated, energetic and friendly Administrative Assistant to support the team and Executives of one of the most prestigious global companies.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for general administrative duties and assist EA team leader.
- Provide full suite of administrative support for key leadership, and office operations, including, but not limited to:
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; ensure that the executives stay on track during their day; prioritize meeting requests and handle conflicts or scheduling changes proactively
- Provide administrative support to a Care Team to ensure timely coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Travel arrangements (domestic and international) and process invoices and travel expense
- Coordinate and set up staff and client meetings, virtually and in person
- Coordinating arranging meeting rooms/Webex meetings, sending out meeting notices, confirming attendance, securing beverage and catering needs, conference room setup and break down, working with the account and IT teams to ensure appropriate availability of audio/visual resources, tidy up during meeting, as appropriate, and light clean-up post meeting
- Support coordination of practice-wide initiatives including but not limited to: team events, dinners, meetings, restaurant reservations, and catering support (Budgets, contracts, pricing, transportation, accommodations, food and beverage selection and audio/visual requirements)
- Triage and do basic troubleshooting for hardware. Software and phone issues. office supply management, and other general office management functions
- Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines and Effectively handle related activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality
Skills:
- This candidate must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to take a creative approach to problem-solving
- Positive attitude and Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Proven ability to keep information organized and confidential. Strong attention to detail, flexibility
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances
Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Entry Level of administrative or EA experience
- Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Familiarity with Korean customs and practices/ Must read and write bilingual Korean/English
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
