Your Role
You'll be the cornerstone of our administrative operations, managing financial tasks using QuickBooks, organizing office functions, and keeping detailed records. You'll ensure smooth client and team interactions, handle travel arrangements, and support our company's financial health. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in managing diverse tasks and contributing to a team's success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, schedules, supplies, and workflows
- Perform bookkeeping and update financial records.
- Manage receivables, payables, and invoice processing.
- Track billable hours and assist in job costing.
- Address client billing and payment inquiries.
- Organize and document receipts and invoices.
- Support financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Plan and coordinate team travel arrangements.
- Schedule social media content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; accounting/bookkeeping courses a plus.
- 3+ years' experience with QuickBooks or similar software.
- Skilled in office management, bookkeeping, and financial tasks.
- Efficient time management and task prioritization.
- Ability to be discreet and ethical with sensitive information.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with DTools, QuickBooks, or Odoo beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
