We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to better our community. This is a 55+ community.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Create monthly newsletter
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge with Tops Software(TopsONE/Enumerate Central)
- Experience with Word and Excel
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
