Administrative Assistant for a local real estate investor. (Remote opportunity for local candidate)
Overview
Our company is a leader in the real estate investment industry, driven by a commitment to innovation and excellence. Currently we are building a successful coaching program and are in search of a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and excel in managing their own schedule while contributing to the company's goals.
Role Description
In this position, you'll be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to our owner, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, and facilitating effective communication. This will include managing calendars, handling communications, prioritizing tasks, preparing for meetings, maintaining records, managing social media sites, daily email campaigns while building an email list, and creating and managing a CRM.
Responsibilities will include
Coordinating the owner’s calendar, managing communications, and making travel arrangements.
Anticipating the owner’s needs, keeping him well-informed of upcoming commitments, and preparing meeting details, agendas, presentation materials, documentation, reports, and taking detailed meeting notes as necessary.
Handling incoming and outgoing communications, prioritizing critical messages, and responding appropriately.
Assisting in the creation and editing of presentations, documents, and maintaining meticulous records.
Performing a variety of tasks, including project-based work and personal errands as needed.
Attend 1-2 local events each month (may require evenings).
Candidate Qualifications
Experience as an Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is desirable.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment are essential.
A highly driven and resourceful team member who is at ease with uncertainty and can flourish in both fast-paced and varying degrees of structured settings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A strong sense of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Capable of operating autonomously with critical thinking, multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining workflow efficiently in a remote work environment.
