Door Knocker

```Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Door Knockers. As a Door Knocker, you will play a crucial role in our sales and fundraising efforts by engaging with potential customers and supporters in their neighborhoods. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are bilingual, have sales or telemarketing experience, and enjoy working in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to engage with potential customers or supporters
- Market and promote our products, services, or fundraising campaigns
- Communicate effectively to build rapport and establish trust with individuals
- Provide information about our organization, products, or campaign goals
- Answer questions and address concerns from potential customers or supporters
- Negotiate and secure commitments for roof inspections for hail damage.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking through neighborhoods, knocking doors and talking with homeowners.

Please note that this position requires frequent walking and interacting with individuals at their homes. It may involve working evenings or weekends to maximize engagement opportunities.

We pay $20/hr. and $25 per lead that you get for the project manager you are working with.
