We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for an entertainment giant in Burbank, CA.
This will be on-site 4 days a week with Fridays being remote

Description/Comment:You will be supporting executives who inform and empower senior financial leaders to make the best possible decisions. We want you to be part of a team that helps interpreting data and communicating insights so the numbers come alive. This role will support leadership of the Corporate financial planning and analysis for The Company.

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders
• Ensure the smooth running of office equipment and schedule maintenance when necessary
• Handle and prioritize incoming communication
• Input and maintain filings of documents
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in the planning and coordination of office events and meetings
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages, and routing correspondence
Basic Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant administrative role
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Previous Disney exp highly preferred
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
