Job Description Summary
Perform administrative and clerical duties in the assigned department under the close direction of the experienced supervisor/manager.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with scanning and organizing documents
- Admin/Clerical help in Accounting and Construction
- File paperwork and maintain filing systems
- Perform support at Company events, including set up, assistance, and cleanup.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated
- Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
- A drug screen is required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.
