Food Service Admin Office Personnel

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are stocked
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- Assist with event planning and coordination as required

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a dental office or related field is a plus
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
