Dodge Construction Network is searching for a Communications Marketing Manager to join our team!

In this role, the Communications Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing integrated brand and communication strategies for external and internal audiences. This includes understanding the desired customer experience, developing engaging content for multiple channels, supporting community outreach and engagement, and managing internal communication activities.

Working within the marketing team and in collaboration with subject matter experts across the business, this role will develop and implement brand communications strategies that support evergreen brand awareness as well as priority campaigns for strategic focus areas. The ideal candidate has experience elevating the companys brand identity through the development of creative brand content.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Brand Communications.

Location

This is a remote role with the flexibility to work from any location in the United States.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the development of brand content, including case studies, sales materials, research reports, and editorial pieces
• Drive the brands social media strategy, including ownership of community management
• Oversee execution of internal communications plan and own management of the company Intranet
• Assist in the development and implementation of effective branding and communication strategies that improve brand awareness and remain consistent with company goals
• Manage and collaborate on the design, content, and production of branded marketing materials
• Own brand speaking engagement calendar and coordinate with Events team on execution of opportunities
• Assist in development of KPIs, goals and benchmarks to drive the performance of the overall strategy
• Analyze customer and industry trends to inform brand campaigns and strategies
• Assist with Public Relations initiatives, including press release development, media pitching and reporting

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including creating content strategies and writing
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Confident communicator and presenter
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital/social media
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and engagement on social media
• Data-driven with solid understanding of key content metrics
• Grasp of brand development and ability to develop, write and implement strategic, integrated communications and marketing plans to promote brand
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills as well as the ability to present concepts verbally
• Ability to engage with team members of all levels and across departments
• Advanced organization abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to cross-functional collaboration

Salary Disclosure

Annual Base Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. Dodges compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a competitive market salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commission plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
