JOB SUMMARY:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participates in the business organization’s strategic and operational governance processes as a member of the senior leadership team.
- Ensures company standard as a high-quality provider through implementation of quality systems, onsite inspections for quality care and exceptional customer service.
- Assists facility administrators in establishing controls to manage and monitor operating and capital budgets Analyzes monthly financial data and provides input to the executive leadership
- Collaborates with facility managers and regional staff to identify and address regional training needs.
- Promotes company’s Code of Conduct; inspires the same commitment in others.
- Interviews and assists in the selection of facility leadership
- Works closely with facility administrators to solve facility financial and operating issues, including PPDs, and labor costs.
- Develop new business strategies to enhance and improve the hospital’s overall performance.
- Develop location managers and regional support staff to their fullest potential.
- Lead management meetings with ensuring focus is directed to both short- and long-term priorities
- Ensure customer/client expectations are met relative to operational performance (i.e., service level agreements, performance guarantees or government mandates)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated strategic planning and business development ability
- A broad understanding of the complexities of healthcare systems.
- Exercise professional, appropriate judgment during high stress situations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to make these decisions in a timely and effective manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel to facility locations frequently, with occasional weekend travel.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a similar major required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a management role. Healthcare industry preferred.

- Walking, reaching, bending, lifting, extended sitting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to distinguish smells and temperatures, all with or without the aid of mechanical devices is required.
- Limited potential for exposure to environmental hazards. Understanding and adherence to company safety standards and protocols required.
