Provides leadership and operations management for all aspects of plant operations, construction management, grounds maintenance, security, safety and emergency preparedness, biomed and/or environmental services. Responsible for staff performance and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, department and safety policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements. The Director oversees all projects, both capital and in house construction and turnover acceptance. Develops, implements and evaluates the department's strategic and operation plan including continuous quality improvement, compliance with all regulatory agencies and fiscal management.
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Five years of related experience.
- Three years of experience in facilities management and maintenance role in a hospital or health care setting.
- Progressive leadership experience (preferably in a health care setting).
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements including CMS, NFPA, OSHA and TJC EOC.
- Bachelor's degree required.
